Description
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made between 48 and 96 hours before the tour will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made more than 96 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Note: Ganja Tours Jamaica reserves the right to cancel tours at any time without penalty due to inclement weather, issues related to staffing, or technical difficulties with our tour partners in Jamaica. If this occurs, we will make every effort to reschedule the tour at a time that works for all parties.
Any refunds owed under this policy will be processed within seven (7) business days of cancellation.
